Service Terms
Scope
Services include scheduled support sessions, on-site installations, and remote diagnostics as selected during checkout.
No-Refund Services
Certain specialized services are non-refundable once scheduled due to the allocation of personnel and resources. These include one-on-one coaching and custom device configurations.
Refundable Services
If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled service, you may receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion. To request a refund, notify support within the specified timeframe. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment channel within 14 days.
Assignment of Service
You may assign your service appointment to another individual by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. The assignee must meet any eligibility requirements.
Info Product Terms
Upon purchase, you gain immediate access to digital materials. Due to instant access, no refunds are available for Info Products once accessed. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for support.
Goods Terms
Physical devices and accessories may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. To initiate a refund, contact us and follow the shipping instructions. Refunds are issued via the original payment channel within 14 days of receipt.
Alternatively, you may request a replacement device of a different model if available.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to conflict of law principles.
Amendments
LifeTrona reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
